Our fiber supplements were not originally intended for distribution, but rather as an attempt to attain no-mess sex lives for ourselves. In college, when we were all entering our personal sexual revolutions as gay men, cleanliness was an obvious problem that nobody seemed to be addressing. There was no true explanation or guidance to attain intimate cleanliness. The only other solutions were douching and enemas, but we were unwilling to settle for options that can be harmful to our bodies. After some more digging, we latched onto the concept of using fiber supplements to achieve a cleaner colon and track for intimacy, naturally.
The formula we developed for our own personal use enhanced our sex lives and our overall health so much that we felt a duty to make our supplements available to the community. We researched commercially available fiber supplements and knew we wanted higher fiber dosage with no animal biproducts that most conventional gelatin capsules contain. We wanted to do right by ourselves and by the planet by offering Pure for Men in vegan capsules, a priority we have carried into the rest of our products. We found a new manufacturing process that allowed us to provide 88% more fiber in each capsule than what was on the market. Once we locked down relationships with FDA approved and GMP regularly inspected manufacturers in the USA, we were ready to launch. The trajectory has been greater than we ever imagined.
